+About Resyrv

Built by pilots who got tired of the spreadsheet.

Resyrv exists because sharing an airplane is the best idea in general aviation, run on the worst tooling in small business. We fixed the tooling.

Resyrv started the way most shared airplanes are run: a spreadsheet nobody fully trusted, a group text nobody could search, and a treasurer who privately wondered why the most rewarding thing in aviation came with the most tedious back office in small business.

Sharing an aircraft is the single best lever in general aviation - it is how flying stays affordable, how clubs exist, how students find airplanes to train in. But the tooling never matched the stakes. General-purpose schedulers do not know what an annual is. Accounting software does not know what a Hobbs meter is. The gap between them was filled by volunteers, at night, in spreadsheets.

So we built the thing we wanted to exist: one workspace where the schedule, the maintenance record, the money, and the members live together and keep each other honest. An airplane out of annual removes itself from the calendar. A flight meters itself into a charge. A charge explains itself on a statement. The month closes without a shoebox of receipts.

Today Resyrv runs scheduling, airworthiness, cost sharing, billing, documents, and training for aircraft partnerships, flying clubs, flight schools, and rental operators. It is opinionated software, and the opinions come from the flight line.

What we believe

The airplane is the customer

Every feature starts from what keeps an aircraft flying safely and fairly: airworthiness that can ground the schedule, reserves funded by the hour, records that survive the next annual. Software that flatters the owner but neglects the airplane fails everyone eventually.

Fairness is a formula, not a feeling

Most shared-aircraft arguments are accounting arguments in disguise. We encode the rules a group already agreed to - split rules, booking limits, reserve rates - and let arithmetic deliver the bad news. Nobody has to be the bad guy.

Your data leaves with you

Logbooks export in ForeFlight's format. Financials export to QuickBooks and Xero. Statements are PDFs, reports are CSVs. Lock-in is a business model we find embarrassing, so we built the exits in from the start.

Boring reliability over shiny demos

An ops platform earns trust at 6 a.m. on a Saturday when four members want the same airplane. We favor the unglamorous work - permissions that hold, ledgers that balance, migrations that do not lose a row - over features that only look good in a sales call.

Add your aircraft and your rates, then see the schedule, the squawks, and the ledger all work off one record. No card required.
