+What's included
Airworthiness, registration, insurance, POH, checklists, member certificates: uploaded once, organized by aircraft or by pilot, accessible to anyone with permission. Give a document an expiration date and it shows up in the expiring-soon list before it lapses.
Medical expiry, flight review, 90-day currency, IPC, and check-rides tracked per pilot. Reminder emails fire on the lead days you choose (30 and 7 by default), and bookings block automatically when a required item expires.
Each pilot's renter insurance date is tracked alongside their medical and flight review, and emails go out on the same lead-day schedule.
Post club announcements or policy updates as required reads. Members must open and acknowledge; you can see who has and who hasn't.

A required read is a policy update, announcement, or document that members must acknowledge. It sits on each member's dashboard until they do, and admins can see at a glance who has acknowledged it and who has not.
Upload the new copy over the old one and everyone sees the current version immediately. The audit trail records who changed it and when. Keeping a browsable history of prior revisions is on the roadmap, not shipped today.
