Hobbs- and calendar-based reminders
Track annuals, ELT checks, transponder tests, VOR checks, 100-hours, and custom intervals. Reminders appear ahead of the due date based on tach, Hobbs, or calendar, whichever comes first.
+Maintenance & compliancePart of Resyrv
Resyrv keeps the airworthiness record of each aircraft current and auditable. Inspections, squawks, ADs, and maintenance events are tracked with lead time, so your next annual is never a surprise.
+What's included
Track annuals, ELT checks, transponder tests, VOR checks, 100-hours, and custom intervals. Reminders appear ahead of the due date based on tach, Hobbs, or calendar, whichever comes first.
Record the ADs and service bulletins that apply to your aircraft, one-time or recurring, with the method of compliance and the due condition. Resyrv does the recurring due math and can warn or ground on dispatch when one comes due. You decide what is applicable: Resyrv does not claim compliance on your behalf.
Pilots log squawks from their phone. Squawks route to the A&P, are tracked to resolution, and stay with the aircraft record.
IA inspections are recorded with sign-off details. Export maintenance entries into the formats your logbook system expects.
When an aircraft is grounded (over-due annual, open safety squawk, expired airworthiness), the scheduling system refuses new reservations until the condition clears.
Engine, prop, avionics, and airframe events are tracked independently. See total time, time since overhaul, and next-due per component.
+Questions
Yes. Annuals, 100-hours (for rental/school aircraft), ELT checks, pitot-static + transponder (91.411/91.413), VOR checks, and altimeter checks all track automatically with lead-time reminders.
Yes. Squawks are logged from phone or tablet at the end of a flight. They route to the maintenance lead and stay on the aircraft record until resolved.
No. Resyrv is an operational record. It stores the events, reminders, and sign-offs that your maintenance team and pilots reference daily. Logbook entries are still recorded separately by your A&P; Resyrv exports data for reconciliation.
A grounding flag blocks the aircraft from being scheduled. It triggers automatically for over-due inspections, open safety squawks, or expired airworthiness documents. Members see the reason and expected clear date.
Yes. You maintain the AD and SB list for each tail number, and Resyrv tracks it: each record carries a method of compliance, a due condition (calendar, hours, or one-time), a completion history, and what an overdue record should do to dispatch. Resyrv is not an FAA data feed, so applicability is always your call, made with your mechanic.
