Data Deletion Instructions

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your Resyrv account with the subject line "Delete my Resyrv account".

Include your name, account email address, and the organization name if you know it. If your account uses Google, Apple, Facebook, or LinkedIn sign-in, use the same email address associated with that sign-in provider.

• We verify the request before deleting account data.
• We remove or anonymize personal profile information where deletion is possible.
• We may keep records that are required for security, billing, legal compliance, audit history, dispute resolution, or the integrity of shared aircraft organization records.
• Organization owners or admins may need to reassign aircraft, schedules, maintenance records, or billing ownership before some organization data can be removed.

Some records in Resyrv are shared organization records, such as aircraft logs, schedules, maintenance history, squawks, cost-sharing records, billing records, and audit trails. These records may be retained when needed for the organization, legal compliance, aviation operations, billing, or record integrity.

If you are a member of an organization, some of your operational data belongs to that organization's records. Where deletion is limited for this reason, you can ask the organization owner or admin to remove or reassign the records they control.

Some information is processed by third-party services that operate under their own terms and retention rules. Deleting your Resyrv account does not automatically remove data already held by these providers:

• Payments (Stripe): payment, subscription, and payout records are retained by Stripe as required for financial, tax, and anti-fraud purposes, and are governed by Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• Accounting sync (QuickBooks, Xero): if your organization exported financial data to QuickBooks or Xero, that data lives in your organization's accounting system and must be managed there by the organization owner or admin.

We can remove or anonymize your data within Resyrv, but records already transmitted to a payment processor or accounting system must be addressed through that provider or your organization's administrator.

Deleting your Resyrv account does not delete your Google, Apple, Facebook, or LinkedIn account. If you no longer want a provider to authorize sign-in, you can also remove Resyrv's access from that provider's account settings.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification and after any required organization ownership, billing, or operational record review is complete.
