Terms of Service

Resyrv is a software platform designed to help aircraft owners, flying clubs, flight schools, co-ownership groups, and aviation organizations manage shared aircraft operations. Resyrv may include tools for scheduling, member management, aircraft records, maintenance tracking, squawks, documents, billing workflows, reports, training organization, and operational coordination.

Resyrv is a software tool only. Resyrv does not operate aircraft, dispatch flights, provide maintenance services, provide flight instruction, manage airworthiness, verify regulatory compliance, sell insurance, or provide legal, tax, accounting, maintenance, or aviation safety advice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using Resyrv. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your login credentials with another person. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly.

Resyrv allows users to create or join organizations. Organization owners and authorized admins are responsible for managing their organization's members, aircraft, roles, permissions, billing access, documents, scheduling rules, maintenance records, and operational settings.

If you are an organization owner or admin, you are responsible for ensuring that users are granted appropriate access. Resyrv is not responsible for mistakes made by organization owners, admins, managers, instructors, maintainers, members, or other authorized users.

If you join an organization, your access to that organization's data may be controlled by the organization owner or admins. They may add, modify, restrict, or remove your access according to their internal policies.

You may only access organizations, aircraft records, user records, billing records, documents, reports, and other information that you are authorized to access.

You may not attempt to bypass permissions, access another organization's data without authorization, test or exploit security weaknesses, scrape the service, interfere with the service, or use Resyrv in a way that harms other users or organizations.

Organizations and users may enter, upload, or store information in Resyrv, including aircraft records, schedules, flight logs, member profiles, checkout records, documents, squawks, maintenance notes, billing records, invoices, shared expenses, training information, and other operational data.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you enter or upload. Resyrv does not independently verify your data.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Resyrv. You grant Resyrv a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Resyrv must not be used as the sole source of truth for aviation safety, airworthiness, aircraft dispatch, pilot qualification, regulatory compliance, insurance compliance, maintenance compliance, weather suitability, or flight release decisions.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, operating rules, aircraft documents, maintenance requirements, insurance requirements, organization policies, and safety obligations.

Before operating or dispatching an aircraft, you must independently verify all information necessary for safe and legal operation. This may include aircraft airworthiness, maintenance status, inspections, required documents, pilot certificates, medical status, currency, checkouts, endorsements, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, performance, and applicable regulations.

Resyrv does not make go/no-go decisions and does not certify that any aircraft, pilot, instructor, student, renter, maintainer, or flight is legal, safe, qualified, current, insured, dispatched, or airworthy.

Resyrv may provide scheduling and availability tools. These tools are intended to help organizations coordinate aircraft, instructors, facilities, and users.

A schedule entry in Resyrv does not guarantee that an aircraft is available, airworthy, fueled, insured, legally dispatchable, or suitable for flight. Organizations and users remain responsible for verifying aircraft availability, operational status, pilot eligibility, instructor availability, weather, and all other flight-related requirements.

Resyrv is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, missed reservations, incorrect availability, cancellation disputes, aircraft downtime, or operational interruptions.

Resyrv may include tools for tracking squawks, inspections, maintenance status, aircraft documents, reminders, discrepancies, service items, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, STCs, or other maintenance-related information.

These tools are informational and organizational only. Resyrv does not perform maintenance, approve maintenance, determine airworthiness, replace aircraft logbooks, replace mechanic review, or replace compliance with FAA or other regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for verifying maintenance information against official aircraft records, maintenance logs, applicable regulations, manufacturer guidance, mechanic input, inspection requirements, and other authoritative sources. A maintenance reminder, squawk status, inspection record, or aircraft status shown in Resyrv may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or dependent on user-entered data.

Resyrv may include billing, invoicing, dues, cost-sharing, payment, reporting, or accounting-related tools. These features are provided for convenience and organization only.

Organizations are responsible for verifying all charges, invoices, member balances, aircraft rates, dues, fees, taxes, reimbursements, refunds, credits, and financial records before relying on them. Resyrv does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Some payment features may rely on third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Third-party payment services are governed by their own terms and policies. Resyrv is not responsible for delays, declines, disputes, chargebacks, processor holds, processor fees, payout timing, or third-party payment processing issues.

Paid plans, free trials, renewals, usage limits, included features, taxes, and cancellation options are described in the app or on the applicable pricing page.

By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Resyrv or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and other charges associated with the selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue the subscription. Cancellation will stop future renewals but may not result in a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated by Resyrv.

Resyrv may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors (such as Stripe), accounting systems (such as QuickBooks and Xero), hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, mapping tools, aviation data providers, or other external services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, data, downtime, errors, pricing, terms, policy changes, or security practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Resyrv for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malicious code, unlawful content, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Attempt to bypass permissions or access data without authorization.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of Resyrv.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
• Use Resyrv as the only source of truth for safety, dispatch, regulatory, maintenance, or airworthiness decisions.
• Misrepresent aircraft status, user qualifications, billing information, or organizational records.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Resyrv at any time. We may add, remove, or change features, plans, limits, integrations, or pricing.

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

We may suspend or terminate access to Resyrv if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, address security concerns, resolve payment issues, prevent harm to other users, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using Resyrv at any time. Organization owners may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation options available in the app.

After termination or cancellation, access to organization data may be limited or unavailable. We may retain certain data as required by law, legitimate business needs, security, backups, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Resyrv, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Resyrv, including its software, design, branding, logos, features, workflows, and content, is owned by Resyrv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Resyrv except as permitted by law or with written permission.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant Resyrv the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Resyrv is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and error-free operation.

We do not warrant that Resyrv will meet your requirements, prevent operational errors, ensure compliance, prevent scheduling conflicts, verify maintenance status, ensure airworthiness, prevent billing disputes, or produce accurate records when user-entered data is incomplete or incorrect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resyrv and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, aircraft downtime, scheduling disruptions, operational losses, maintenance issues, billing disputes, or safety-related decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resyrv's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you or your organization to Resyrv during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resyrv and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Resyrv.
• Your organization's use of Resyrv.
• Data or content you submit.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of law or regulation.
• Your aircraft operations, maintenance decisions, billing practices, member management, scheduling decisions, or safety-related decisions.
• Disputes between organization owners, admins, members, renters, instructors, maintainers, pilots, students, or third parties.

Resyrv is not responsible for resolving disputes between users, members, aircraft owners, clubs, schools, instructors, renters, maintainers, or organizations.

This includes disputes about aircraft use, scheduling priority, billing, dues, reimbursements, maintenance responsibility, damage, insurance, checkouts, access, membership status, or organization policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, by email, or by posting an updated version. Your continued use of Resyrv after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
