CCPA: California privacy rights, honored for everyone
The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Resyrv is below the law's applicability thresholds and honors it voluntarily, for every user.

No sale of personal information
Resyrv does not sell personal information. Where analytics or advertising pixels would count as "sharing" for cross-context advertising, they stay off until the visitor opts in through the cookie banner, on the marketing site and in the application alike.

Global Privacy Control
The site reads the browser's Global Privacy Control signal and, when it is set, keeps targeting cookies off.

Sensitive personal information
Medical certificate dates, identity documents for flight training, and TSA training status are collected only for the aviation purpose the organization needs them for and are never used to infer characteristics or for advertising. The privacy policy describes the right to limit their use.

Deletion, correction, agents
Deletion and correction are self-service from the profile, or by request to [email protected], which also handles requests made through an authorized agent with proof of authority.
