What if we already use Flight Circle or Flight Schedule Pro?
Switching mid-season is normal. Bring the roster, balances and aircraft baselines into Resyrv, run the two side by side for a short overlap, and cut the schedule over on a quiet week. Historical flight detail can stay in your old exports for reference.
Who moves our data?
We do. Launch Assist is included: guided setup and import help for your aircraft, users, documents and core settings. Most of any migration is the data import, and that is the part we help with most.
What happens after the free months?
You move to your plan at founder pricing locked for life. Plans are priced per aircraft with unlimited members, and you can pay monthly or annually.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Logbooks export in ForeFlight format, financials export to QuickBooks and Xero, statements are PDFs and reports are CSVs. The exits are built in from the start.
