A fixed per-gallon price a group agrees to use for fuel reimbursements and billing, reviewed periodically, regardless of where members actually fuel.

Without a house price, every away-field fill-up becomes a mini negotiation: the member paid $7.10, home fuel is $6.20, who eats the difference? A house price settles the question in advance - reimbursements credit at the agreed rate, the group absorbs or pockets small differences, and the ledger stays clean. Review it quarterly or whenever fuel moves meaningfully.
