Calendar Sync: Google Calendar and ICS

Send your Resyrv reservations to your personal calendar, so that your flights show with all your other events.

Two ways to sync

Both options are under User settings, then Calendar. Each member has their own settings. You connect your own calendar, and no other person in the organization can see or control it. Select the option that works with your calendar app:

• Google Calendar - a direct connection that sends your Resyrv reservations to Google.
• ICS feed - a private subscription URL that Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most other apps can use.

Google Calendar

In your calendar settings, connect your Google account. Resyrv asks Google only for calendar access. On the consent screen, you must keep that permission ticked. If you decline it, Resyrv refuses the connection.

After you connect, Resyrv sends your upcoming reservations to your Google calendar. A toggle lets you pause the sync. A button lets you start a manual sync to add missing events when you want. When you disconnect, Resyrv removes its access and deletes the events that it made.

The sync goes in one direction only. If you change these events in Google, Resyrv does not get the changes. Resyrv never reads your other events.

ICS feed subscription

Resyrv also gives you a private ICS URL that is tied to a personal token. Add this URL to any calendar app as a subscribed calendar. Your reservations then show in the app. The app refreshes them on its own schedule.

The feed includes all the aircraft that you fly, also across more than one organization. If you want a snapshot and not a live subscription, you can also download a one-time .ics file.
