Multiple Organizations

Plenty of pilots fly with a partnership here, a club there, and instruct at a school. One Resyrv account covers all of it.

One account, many memberships

Your Resyrv login is yours, not an organization’s. Accept an invite or a join link from a second group and it becomes another membership on the same account, with a separate role and a separate balance and no second password.

Switching

When you belong to more than one organization, a switcher appears in the app. Flip between them any time, and set the one you use most as your default so signing in lands you in the right place. Each organization sees only its own side of you: your role, your ledger, your flying with them.

What stays personal

Some things belong to you rather than to any organization: your pilot logbook, your pilot profile (certificates, ratings, medical), and your personal calendar feed, which spans every organization you fly with. Update your medical once and every group you belong to sees it current.

What stays separate

Money and authority never bleed across organizations. Each membership has its own role and permissions, its own ledger and balance, its own saved-payment setup with that group’s Stripe. Being an owner in your partnership grants exactly nothing at the flight school down the field.

Leaving an organization

You can leave an organization yourself from your account, and an admin can deactivate you on their side. Either way a settle-first gate applies: an outstanding balance has to be squared before the departure completes. Your account and your other memberships carry on untouched.
