Multiple Organizations

Many pilots fly with a partnership, fly with a club, and instruct at a school. One Resyrv account covers all of these.

One account, many memberships

Your Resyrv login belongs to you, not to an organization. If you accept an invite or a join link from a second group, it becomes another membership on the same account. That membership has its own role and its own balance. You do not need a second password.

Switch organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, the app shows a switcher. You can change between organizations at any time. Set the organization that you use most as your default, so you go to it when you sign in. Each organization sees only its own data about you: your role, your ledger, and your flights with them.

What stays personal

Some items belong to you, not to an organization: your pilot logbook, your pilot profile (certificates, ratings, medical), and your personal calendar feed. The calendar feed includes all organizations that you fly with. If you update your medical one time, all your groups see the current medical.

What stays separate

Money and authority never cross between organizations. Each membership has its own role and permissions, its own ledger and balance, and its own saved payment setup with the Stripe account of that group. If you are an owner in your partnership, you get no permissions at a flight school on the same airfield.

Leave an organization

You can leave an organization yourself from your account. An admin can also deactivate you in their organization. In both cases, a settle-first gate applies: an outstanding balance must be settled before the departure completes. Your account and your other memberships do not change.
