How-to Guides

Sell and Book Intro Flights

An intro flight prospect needs no account to book and pay. They pick a real open time, pay by card on the spot, and land in a queue your staff work through.

Set up the experience

Create the discovery flight as a public, active item in your storefront with a name, price, photo, and duration. Then point people at your booking page. The shareable link lives at the top of the Booking Inquiries page, with a copy button and a ready-to-paste embed snippet for your own website. On the storefront itself, a call-to-action button can be set to "Schedule a time" with the item attached, so shop visitors flow straight into booking.

What the prospect sees

The booking page shows the experience, the price, and real open times, drawn from your instructor’s published availability minus time off and existing reservations. They pick a day, pick a slot, leave their name and contact details, and pay by card right there. The confirmation tells them the instructor will reach out to confirm. If they close the payment sheet without paying, the lead is saved anyway and a pay-now button stays on screen.

Work the queue

Every request lands on the Booking Inquiries page with the requested time, contact details, and a green Paid badge showing the amount when they paid. Filter by new, contacted, or closed, and flip the status as you follow up. The owner also gets an email per inquiry.

When plans change

Refund a paid guest order from the Sales page. The full amount goes back to their card through your payment processor, and the inquiry’s badge flips to Refunded. Refunds are full-amount and can’t be undone.
