Your Pilot Profile
Resyrv uses your pilot profile to track currency, for checkouts, and for your printable pilot record. Keep your profile current.
Where to find it
Your qualifications are on My profile, under Credentials, on one page of cards. The cards are Airman certificate, Mechanic certificate, Medical, Currency & insurance, Identity documents, and your ratings, endorsements, and notes. Each card has its own Edit button. A status strip at the top shows which items are current and which items are due soon.
Certificates and ratings
Record your pilot certificate: level, issuing authority, number, and FAA Tracking Number. Then add your ratings: category and class, instrument, type ratings, and all limitations. You record instructor certificates separately. Under current FAA rules, CFI certificates do not have an expiry date.
Record FAA endorsements here too. For each signoff, record the type, the date, and the name and certificate number of the CFI who signed. Then the record is complete.
Medical
Enter your medical class and its expiry date. The status strip shows it as Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired. Thus you always know before your medical expires.
Flight review and IPC
On the Currency & insurance card, enter the date that you completed your flight review and the date that it expires. Under 14 CFR 61.56, a flight review is valid through the last day of the 24th calendar month after completion.
To record an Instrument Proficiency Check, tag the flight as an IPC in your logbook. Your logbook reports then show the last IPC. An IPC keeps you instrument current through the last day of the sixth calendar month after the month that you passed it. For example, if you pass a check on March 10, you are current through September 30.
Renter insurance
If you have renter insurance, record the company, the policy number, the effective and expiry dates, and the liability limits. Its expiry date shows in the same status strip as your medical and flight review.
Documents and expiry dates
Keep scans on your Documents page, for example logbook pages, certificate copies, and medical records. Files can have expiry dates, and Resyrv shows these dates when they come near. Your organization can also mark some documents as required. Then you know exactly which documents to upload.
Download a one-page record
The Qualifications PDF button on My profile makes a one-page pilot record. The record has your certificates, ratings, and currency dates. It is useful for a checkout or for your own files.
