Your Resyrv Subscription

Your organization pays for Resyrv with its own subscription. This subscription is separate from the money that your members pay you.

The free trial

A new organization starts on a free trial. You do not need a card. The trial has a time limit, which is two weeks as standard. The app shows how many days remain, so you know when the trial ends. All features work during the trial.

Choose a plan

Subscribe from the billing page. Select a plan and complete the checkout through Stripe. Plans unlock different advanced features, and the higher tiers have the more detailed reports. You can change plans later. Before you confirm the change, Resyrv shows a preview of exactly what it costs.

If the subscription lapses

If the trial expires or the subscription lapses, Resyrv locks the workspace of the organization. Pages show a subscription-required notice, not data. Resyrv deletes no data. Members keep their personal logbooks and profiles. The owner keeps access to the billing page to reactivate. When a plan is active again, the workspace unlocks immediately, with no changes.

If only a payment fails, the account first goes into a past-due warning state.

Owners with several organizations

One owner can manage more than one organization on one account. Each organization has its own subscription. A second organization can have a free trial, also if you already pay for one organization.

Referrals

Your organization has a referral link and can send referral invites. If a new organization signs up through your referral and subscribes, you get free months of your own subscription, up to a limit. The referral dashboard shows the invites that you sent and what they earned.
