Your Resyrv Subscription
Resyrv itself is a subscription your organization carries, separate from and invisible to the money your members pay you.
The free trial
A new organization starts on a free trial, no card required. The trial is time-boxed (two weeks as the standard), and the app shows how many days remain so the end never surprises you. Everything works during the trial.
Choosing a plan
Subscribe from the billing page: pick a plan and check out through Stripe. Plans differ in the advanced capabilities they unlock, with the deeper reporting on the higher tiers. You can change plans later with a preview of exactly what the change costs before you commit.
If the subscription lapses
An expired trial or a lapsed subscription locks the organization’s workspace. Pages answer with a subscription-required notice rather than data. Nothing is deleted: members keep their personal logbooks and profiles, the owner keeps access to the billing page to reactivate, and the moment a plan is active again the workspace unlocks exactly as it was. A payment that merely fails puts the account into a past-due warning state first.
Owners with several organizations
One owner can run multiple organizations on one account, each with its own subscription. Even if you already pay for one, a second organization can trial free.
Referrals
Your organization has a referral link and can send referral invites. When a referred organization signs up fresh and subscribes, you earn free months of your own subscription, up to a cap. The referral dashboard shows what you’ve sent and what it earned.
