Recurring Dues
Recurring dues cover the fixed costs of sharing an aircraft (membership, hangar, reserves) and post to member ledgers on their own so nobody has to chase them each month.
Dues templates
A dues template defines a recurring charge with an amount and a posting schedule. Create one template per kind of due your group collects: monthly membership, a hangar share, an annual assessment, and so on.
Assigning members
Assign a template to the members it applies to. Not everyone pays the same dues, so an assignment can carry its own amount when a particular member’s share differs from the template default.
Automatic posting
On each scheduled date, Resyrv posts the dues charge to every assigned member’s ledger automatically. The charge behaves like any other ledger entry. It shows on invoices and statements and nets into the member’s balance.
Autopay
Members with a saved payment method can enroll in autopay so dues settle on their own. Each assignment can override a member’s standing autopay preference when you need one member handled differently.

The dues report
A dedicated dues report shows what was posted and what has been collected, so you can see at a glance who is current and who is behind without reading every ledger.
