Your Pilot Logbook

Beyond the shared aircraft records, every pilot has a personal digital logbook with currency tracking, reports, and CSV import.

Where it lives

Your logbook is your own, separate from the organization’s flight log. It’s organized into tabs: your entries, reports, per-aircraft breakdowns, and settings.

Entries

Add an entry for each flight with the detail a paper logbook would hold: date, aircraft, times broken out by category, and the takeoff and landing counts that matter for currency. Pick any entry from the list to open its full detail, and tailor which columns you care about in settings so the form isn’t cluttered with fields you never use.

The logbook is yours alone, so entries can be edited or deleted at any time. There’s no posting or locking here. When you return an aircraft through dispatch, Resyrv even drafts the entry for you; finish the draft and save it as part of your record.

Importing from ForeFlight

Export your ForeFlight logbook to CSV and import it. Resyrv previews the parsed entries first so you can check the mapping before committing. If a column isn’t recognized, it tells you those values were dropped rather than guessing.

Currency tracking

The logbook reads your entries and works out your FAR 61.57 currency automatically, so you always know what you’re legal to do:

• Day passenger currency - three takeoffs and landings in the preceding 90 days.
• Night passenger currency - three takeoffs and full-stop landings at night in the preceding 90 days.
• Instrument currency - six approaches plus holding within the preceding six calendar months, with an instrument proficiency check restoring it if it lapses.

Each currency shows as current, expiring soon, or expired, with the date it runs out.

Reports

The reports tab rolls your entries into career totals and rolling windows (the last 30 and 90 days, six and twelve months), the numbers you reach for at a flight review or when totting up recent experience for an application.
